As an accountant with a wide range of experience and exposure to a variety of business climates, Terry is well-known as “more than just a bean counter”. His working experience has encompassed business environments from start-up to multi-national; local to international.

Presented with a problem, Terry’s focus is on solutions. When he faces barriers, he searches for creative ways to surmount, break down or work around them. He is committed to helping others succeed; mentoring is a natural and integral part of his personal commitment to the business world.

Terry’s working career has taken him across Canada and into the USA and international contexts in Australia and Southeast Asia. Despite a move back to Canada in 1999, Terry continues to work with clients in Australasia and to maintain contacts in these areas. His contacts and grass-roots working knowledge are invaluable in assisting companies entering these markets.

Terry currently focus’ most of his energies on tax matters, an integral part of any buy sell strategy. Prior experiences also include accounting system implementations with systems from Peachtree to SAP, corporate governance and compliance and development and implementation of effective business strategies.

Terry is an easy-going, personable individual who communicates well with people at all levels of a business organization from clerk to CEO.

An avid golfer, skier and fisherman, Terry balances his life with sporting pursuits and travel. He is often found maintaining his edge at the putting green – the one he had built into the waiting area of his office.
