For listings represented by Pavilion Business Services, all buyers are required to complete in full, the Buyer’s Registration Form. The information provided in this form allows us to understand your needs and specific requirements so we can present businesses that are of interest to you.

Confidentiality is required throughout the purchasing process. In order to disclose any sensitive information about a company, you are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). After a NDA is signed, additional details about the company and its financials can be disclosed.
